Lurana Sheldon
Lurana W. Sheldon ...
was born at Hadlyine,
Connecticut, and was educated for a physician
in the Woman's Medical
College, of this city. An
attack of nervous prostration
terminated her studies,
and she subsequently turned
her attention toward literature.
She has written a
great many short stories
dealing with the tragic and
occult, and there have been few weeks in the
past three years that her humorous verses have
not appeared in some of the large Sunday newspapers.
